I really hope so, I have been waiting for that motor since I heard about it.. I believe the EPA sees the diesels as getting too good of fuel mileage and then they try to figure out how they can choke it down.. I had a 2008 6.7L with emissions it did a max of 16-17MPG, after taking all that crap off and putting a tuner on the HOT "500HP" tune I averaged 22MPG, with a best of 25MPG.. Love the Diesel..
