Just for the heck of it I tried to come up with the nutritional facts on the Cracker Barrel meal you had. What I found was that CRACKER BARREL DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY RECIPIES OR NUTRITIONAL VALUES FOR ANY OF THEIR MEALS , to me that is a BIG RED FLAG.
