Hey there everyone, New goals set for 2013!

Just got a personal trainer and Nuitritionist, I'll be happy to share my meals and workouts with everyone, getting my schedule for my meals this friday and I gained a few pounds over the holidays so I'm excited to get those off and build more muscle, next 3 months will be building and 3 months after that is on season training mode, should compete again in July/Aug.!! Super excited!!!
