An ambiguous new "buzz word" that basically means all the information, sites, and servers available on the internet. All of the sites, information, downloads, programs, your emails, etc. are "in the cloud." So basically "the cloud" is the internet. I guess sometimes they just have to invent new terms in order to make people feel stupid.
