A gun ban IS going to get Passed in some form. NRA will challenge it. It will have a court suspend enforcement and in 6 months prices will normalize again. I think you did a good thing passing, unless you own no A/R. Then you might spend $300 over normal, but not $1,000.

Thanks, I am really struggling with this. I do not own an AR and want one. Nightly or World News said there would be a major announcement about gun control next week and they are pushing for a ban on AR's, hi cap mags and semi auto hand guns. I listed what i own in an earlier post. I could buy a lot of ammo for my M1 Carbine and just shoot that. I don't like firing my Garand for long periods as it tends to get heavy when standing with it, and the kick hurts after a 100 rounds.
