I looked at Gun Broker and that one is selling about 2350 right now. At $2500 without the cost of transfers and shipping it would be cost neutral. However, I think that price is CRAZY high. 1 month ago that gun was $1500. Everyone is in a panic. My purchase for ammo was all on sale and cheaper than I can get it locally with $5 shipping. I am NOT buying during this panic time.
A gun ban IS going to get Passed in some form. NRA will challenge it. It will have a court suspend enforcement and in 6 months prices will normalize again. I think you did a good thing passing, unless you own no A/R. Then you might spend $300 over normal, but not $1,000.
