The reason you couldn't find the mon's or poly's is cause there aren't any lol. Saturated fat is one you should try to avoid. Generally speaking, the clearer the dressing the better.
Also get a few of these, they're dirt cheap and can handle tons of freezing and nuking.
The round ones are 2 cups and the square one is the entre size.
