What I saw was 3tbsp was 180 cal 15g fat 1g protein and 1g carb. Just didn't look like it was really adding any benefit. The fat breakdown was
2.5 saturated 0 transfat. N/A on the poly and mono. So not real sure
what the breakdown was, but the fat # looked way to high in relation to
the other 2. Am I thinking somewhat along the right lines?
