Depending on what flavor protein powder you will be using, if a 1/2 tsp of cinimon would go with it that would help keep blood sugar stable and make either one better.
By the way, when using the banana I'd use a little water and ice cubes not both the banana and skim milk.
Also, I'm curious as to what protein powder you use?

Designer Whey Protein. I'll do that with 1/2 the banana and the
Cinnamon would be good. I prefer vanilla flavor over chocolate
