Cauliflower soup for dinner, so so good!

2 bags of frozen cauliflower (or cauli/broc mix) (200 cal)
2 or 3 small golden potatos peeled and cubed (roughly 230 cal)
3 cans of chick broth (60 cal)
4 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1/2c of Parmesan (40 cal)
Turkey or ham (I used two turkey sausage links cause it was all we had 220 cal)
1/4c non fat milk with two table spoons of corn starch whisked (70 cal)
Roughly 850 cal for the whole pot! Not bad considering it makes about 6-8 bowls!

Cook onions and garlic with olive oil until onions are clear.
Add in the broth and potatoes
Five minutes later add cauliflower and cook until they are done.
Use an emersion blender to blend the soup.
Add the ham/turkey.
Add whisk mix and bring to a boil while stirring then set back to low and let cook for 5-10mins.
Add parmesan.
Season with salt and garlic pepper.

I usually add more garlic pepper to my bowl and garnish with a little sprinkle of Parmesan.
