Less than a month ago, mgmt fired a team member, and his portfolio was distributed to the rest of us, with me bearing the brunt of it. It's been SO hard to keep up with it.
Last week, they fired yet another team member. I was "assigned" his 2nd highest volume client. Since then, I have worked overtime, 2-3 hours, every night to keep up with it all. I'm doing this mostly because I am off Friday. Oh, and did I say another team member is out on medical.
There is just SO much work! Yes, I'm glad to have a job, but this is overkill.
