Should run fine. 7 isn't as intensive as vista - if you can run XP, you can run 7.
I agree with the first post - but I went from XP to 7, and it was still an improvement in speed (both boot and running). Take that as you will though, because I was running 64 bit XP, which isn't the greatest of 64 bit systems, to say the least.
