Figures. The state that gave us CARB, crusher laws, environmental impact fees. Now they're buying into a theory that can never be proven. And worse yet they're trying to charge a tax to help stop the global warming that will end the world as we know it by the 22nd century. And to make matters worse cars and light trucks only account for 20 percent of greenhouse gasses. I could go on and on.
