So those who can afford to own and drive a car will pay for the public transportation of those who can't. Sounds like liberal California to me. I not only have to pay for myself (Well not really me since I don't live there) but I have to pay for everyone else as well. Oh but wait not everyone has to pay. Only those that can afford private means of transportation have to pay. Hmmmm. Sounds like working class middle America takes one on the chin again. Just brilliant.
