No clue what the range will be, but most are pegging around 60-70 miles, maybe more.
Same deal with pricing. When you consider a Spark tops out around $15k, however, subtracting the cost of the engine + exhaust and adding in the EV drivetrain could bring the Spark EV to mid 20s. Which, if true, could make it the first reasonably affordable EV on the market.
