I've tried the directions once in my car, my trial ends at the end of December, won't be renewing it. Why - I received a package in the mail, over $400 / year for the same service you folks in the US get for half the price. For the one time I did use it, it was fine, but haven't needed it since, certainly not worth over $400/year. For directions, I'll use my smartphone.
I'm more than happy to share my renewal package on here so you can see the price difference.
Canadian dollar has been par or better than the US, however no one is adjusting pricing accordingly. hmmmmmm
