Saw this at a shopping center.....car running windows down with a baby in the back seat and no one else in there.
I was about to call the cops as I see the mother going out to the car and then drove off.
I didn't bother to call after that, but still debate if I should've. Even if she was just running into the store for a couple minutes, I think it's still wrong.
