I would second naSSty1's comment about NO wireless speakers. If you are at all handy around basic tools then you can wire your home up in a day. Makes a world of difference! Whatever you do do NOT get a theater in a box! Again echoing the comments above, get a good receiver! Spend $500-700 on a good Yamaha or Harmon Kardon. You can spend a lot of $$$ on speakers. Good avid speakers in my book would be Klipsch, Wharfedale, and Polk. Good luck!
