I had the privilege of commanding a tank company with over 100 soldiers (when you include all attachements: medics, mechanics, infantry, engineers, air defense, etc.) during the initial push into Iraq in 2003 (phase I and II). Thankfully I didn't lose a single soldier - I can't imagine having to bury a comrade. God bless all those who made the ultimate sacrifice, let us not forget.
