**rant warning - move along if it pisses you off. Or not. I could honestly not care less**
What is it that a lot people don't understand about speed limits? It's called a speed "limit" for a reason. That means anything over the posted speed limit is speeding. Most LEO's are lenient. I'm over 40, and have never been ticketed for doing anything less than 10 over. Don't speed if you can't afford the ticket.
