6 sets of 12 / 125 lbs on hack squat Machine, Leg Presses and 60 lb kettle bell squats
workouts today upper body, cheer presses, Lat pulls, tricep extentions and rope pulls, 5 sets 15
Tomorrow I'm doing lunges with heavy weight/ added upper body
Trying to get ready for Randy to train me by the end of the week, He is gonna kill this booty lol,,, but maybe I can ease the blow if I condition myself before hand!
