I saw your other post you did 315 on Incline for 3 sets of 10, and went to close grip bench for 3 sets of 15 with 225. That's not weight I see people doing at the gym and I'm in a university gym with college students and there are some big guys here.

I am 245 pounds actually at 6'. I just started running and just kept running.
I am an athlete at heart, a former d2 football player where I used to weigh 295.
I have really hard workouts followed up by long runs. Consistency is the key.
