Wow good luck man. Just curious you based on the fact that you can run that long and fast I can't imagine you being that big of a guy, so just curious how big are you?
I saw your other post you did 315 on Incline for 3 sets of 10, and went to close grip bench for 3 sets of 15 with 225. That's not weight I see people doing at the gym and I'm in a university gym with college students and there are some big guys here.
