Do you have one in BC for all the new immigrants from China that are first-time, first-generation drivers, maybe a moniker that is HMOGANCD.......which is Holy Mother of God, Another New Chinese Driver.
Not being racist or anything, but there is no history of them driving or used to being in a car or their parents teaching them the ropes. Don't believe me, drive up to Vancouver, BC sometime.
