When I was 16 and in my government class, we needed to come up with some sort of Bill that we drafted up and tried to pass in our class. Mine was on people over 60 and driving. They neeed to take vision tests yearly (or every 5 year's until the age of 70) and also do road tests yearly. If they failed, they could not ever get another driver's license. I passed it, unanimously. :-)
