Yeah, that's what's worse! They MAKE you do things prior too, and they don't pay for it nor do they do a payback or anything for it. That's complete crap!! That's a lot of $$$$$!!!

I know! If they would have told us ahead of time it wouldn't have been a big deal at all. We would have gotten it done asap.
Yeah having to fork out $5k out of pocket isn't going to be fun at all.
