1) If you have the ability to do this: always gets tons of sleep. Even if you have to go to bed at 7pm. I used to do that often. Never be sleep deprived.

2) If possible, do not ever drink any kind of alcohol or soda. once you completely stop with the alcohol, you should see an entirely new world. you will see how alcohol is a gigantic epidemic. By just not drinking ANY soda, or alcohol, and if you don't smoke...you probably are healthier than 99.99 percent of everyone you will ever meet.

3) hopefully you do not smoke anything and don't inhale second hand smoke either. Don't jog next to streets and inhale car exhaust. I always see joggers/bikers doing that and I think they are more healthy by staying at home. Deeply inhaling car exhaust seems like a bad idea.

4) if possible, do not ever jog. There is no reason to permanently damage your knees. joggers act like its great to jog, but they don't talk about cracks in their hips or not having any more cartilage left in joints. You will need that cartilage if you live to be 95. don't waste it jogging. your body does not magically fix that once it goes bad. I have a cousin who did develop some kind of crack in his hip due to jogging.

5) Your weight is super low. You should try to keep it there. Once the weight goes up, it can be extremely difficult to make it go back down again.

6) protect your kidneys at all costs. do not skip meals. don't eat heavy at night before bedtime. Drink soymilk...don't drink (hormone-induced) cow milk. Perfect dinner: Soymilk and cereal.

7) do not become diabetic at all costs if possible. it is dangerous. run some tests and make sure all is well with your blood sugar.

8) if you are in perfect health, it is the perfect time to get life insurance. they will weigh you and check your blood. you probably qualify for the highest tier (the cheapest rate). rate will go way up as you gain weight. and if you do get a life-threatening thing, they won't give you life insurance...

9) Saved the best for last: No matter what anyone tells you, try to live your ENTIRE LIFE without taking any kind of medications at all. Almost all medicines have some kind of side-effects, and usually whatever the side affect is, you usually can't reverse the damage. My mom is over 65 and she doesn't take ANY medicine at all, but she watches her weight and she looks very healthy. AVOID ANY KIND OF MEDICINE no matter WHAT it is. (unless you are in a specific situation where it is truly impossible). The healthiest people in the world do NOT GET FLU shots, and don't put prescription medicine into their bloodstream. The immune system will become extremely strong if you simply aren't smoking or drinking alcohol, and you are instead drinking lots of water daily, and also getting tons of sleep.

good look in your en devours
