Thats what its all about. You don't need a special diet, you just need to realize that maybe a Big Mac once a month is a better choice than once a week. A lot of people don't realize this, because your metabolism is so fast when you're younger you can workout and eat whatever. That goes away fast, and you will hit a wall hard if your body isn't getting what it needs.
