So I haz problem. :(
I left mid-morning yesterday as usual to get my son from Pre-K. Anyways, as I was halfway through the parking lot I heard someone come out. Phone in hand I used it as a mirror and saw our PM watching me walk away. Yup, he was. I get to my car and turn around and he drops his head and goes back inside. SERIOUSLY?!?! Then, any time he needs to talk to me about something he stands directly behind me and so close that I can feel his breath on my neck or hair if it's down. He is done the thing where when he is behind me sometimes he puts both hands on my desk with me and my chair inbetween them. I don't like it. I have even caught him looking down my shirt!!! NASTY OLD MAN!! To boot, I told my HR and all she says is "He stands close to me and Kay!" Then yesterday he did it with her right there, and all she said was, "Wow! I see what you mean!" Ok, being that our company is trimming down in areas and there are too many ppl doing what I do, and I'm low man I don't wanna lose my job by pressing. What do you guys think I should do??
