When I joined this forum I did indeed have a 5th Gen Camaro. I always said to myself that when the new Camaro's come out I will own one. So in October of 2009 I ended up trading in my 2006 Ford F-150, a motorcycle, and a 1990 Honda Civic for it.
As the winter started to come up I realized/wanted a cheap truck. At the same time a buddy was selling a pretty nice 1975 C10 for a great price. So I jumped on it.

As a year of owning the Camaro came up, things were changing for me. The Camaro just wasn't fitting into my lifestyle at the time. So I ended up coming to the conclusion that I was going to need to trade it in for something that would fit my lifestyle(at that time). In Febuary 2011 I made the decision to trade the Camaro for a 2005 Subaru Outback Wagon(I know, I know). Still kept the 1975 C10 though!
Again time went by and again things started changing for me. This time I wanted a truck, even though I had the C10 I needed something bigger/4x4/new. So in August 2011 I trade the Subaru and buy a new 2011 Chevy 1500.
Now because i had the new truck I did eventually end up selling the C10. Wife joined the Air Force at about this time which was moving us to Missouri, so I wouldn't have been able to bring the C10 anyways.
Then comes March 2012. I decided that I wanted to get my Wife's dream car for her Birthday. So on March 31st 2012 at the Mecum Auto Auction I purchased this 1976 Corvette.
I ended up changing the tires right away. Wasn't digging the white walls. Wanted the more original look w/ white lettering
So as of today I have no Camaro, but the wife and I have a gorgeous Corvette along with my truck and her Audi. My dream car is and will always be the new ZL1's and I have a future plan to hopefully be a owner of one and be sitting next to the Vette in the garage within the next 18 months!
