If the so called vacuum leaks are such an "easy fix" why docent the owner fix them and potentially get more for the car since it would run better?
Easy fix=BS
Also,I would have zero faith in a tag that has been removed and supposable goes to that car.
I'm not into Mopars at all,but I would be very leery if I were a buyer.
