Oh wow! Just came across this and started reading. I am %100 on everyone else's side. Your niceness has been interpreted as a sign of weakness and there is not a nice way to handle it at this point. Swift decisive action, i.e. all her crap out of the house and a possible call to the local sheriffs office to have someone present when she shows up. Just my .02. I am just amazed at the nerve and sense of entitlement some people in this world have.
