Runflats only run flat for so many miles, and I'm guessing the number of miles drastically decreases the faster you go. If I remember right, I think you're not supposed to go above 35 or 45 MPH with them once your tires are punctured (pretty much just there to get you to a tire shop sans tow truck) But thats what I HEARD, so I could be wrong
