This isn't like some grifter slipping on a wet spot in a Wal-Mart. In any event the 2M is a starting point for settling the lawsuit, which I guarantee you the dealer will be VERY eager to do. Otherwise, it'd be like going to a dealer and asking to pay full price for a car and expecting the dealer to say "nah, take it for invoice."
