Border collie with joint problems.
Pomeranian puppy whose owner asked questions about his new puppy for an hour and 45 minutes straight.
Dehydrated cat needing IV fluids.
English Mastiff with infected anal glands.
Cheap-ass owner of Jack Russell Terrier with joint pain who refused to get an X-ray and then asked if the pain medications prescribed were really necessary.

And to top it all off, having to cut tablets of Tramadol and Rimadyl into fourths.
