pretty much my opinion.. been down this road..
no rent = no home If she had her own place she would be getting evicted now..
As far as friends go.. sounds like it's time to write this one off.
mom always told me.. "Never a borrower or lender be" in other words don't borrow or lend unless you are prepared to write it off as a gesture of friendship. If the freindship is worth it, the money shouldn't matter, if the money matters then the friendship isn't worth it.
