I think the sentiment of the story is really awesome Jeanette. But the picture and the reply from the "girl with facial hair" is all a fabrication. Easy to photoshop the picture. The writing from the young lady has sentence structure that is decidedly that of a western born person. Granted, a person born here, of middle eastern descent, could be Sikh, but would still exhibit some characteristics of middle eastern speech. I think the probability that the story and writing are legit is low.
