LS models are bare bones. Manual windows, manual locks, everything.
LT's up that to power windows, etc. And you have the option for the 2.4L 170-something hp motor in the sport model.
The interior's, quality and material-wise are pretty much the same up through the trims. BUT, I noticed when looking for mine, the interiors of the cars have different color schemes...some have black pieces where others have beige, some are all black - other's aren't...look out for that.
Assuming you're going new, the '08s ALL have curtain airbags standard. ABS: not so much.
I don't know if that's important to you.
Other than that...there's really not much TO look for. A Cobalt's a Cobalt.
All I can say is an early, "Congrats" on the purchase, and prepare to be moderately impressed.
