I got my own insanity workout and it works great for me. One 40 minute walk in my neighborhood with hills and wearing 25 pounds of cloths to add weight and sweat like a waterfall. This makes me toned, and allows me to eat whatever I want even late at night and I can maintain my same weight of 155 lbs after I lost 83 pounds in 8 months. I was 238 lbs in January this year.
