Zandron, I view Fall and Winter differently living in the Desert SW - a far cry from MN.

Where Summer in most parts of the country is considered the best weather of the year, here it is the most brutal weather of the year.

Fall here is getting down to the 80s, chilly is the 50s and any temp below 60 is fireplace weather.

Winter here means 30 - 40 degree days, some rain, some wind coming through snow covered mountains (that IS Cold) and occasional snow flurries in the valley and lots of snow in the mountains and mountain passes.

So keep working on your wife to relocate to the sunbelt.
