Thanks everyone, it is a huge upgrade. The genesis had every option, including navigation but of course material quality wasn't always the best. it is better now on the '13 though.

It is very different. I was lowered on eibach sportlines and it had a harsher but very stable ride. I knew exactly what the genesis was going to do in the twisties. Opposite of that, and it may just be from having the car for only 2 days, but the camaro feels alot bigger and thus I think its going to take some time for me to start throwing it around.

I can't compare transmission. This is my first (actually 2nd, my daily is a 5 speed) manual transmission. I have been driving stick for oh...2 1/2 months now haha. So I have alot to learn and I don't think I will be track ready for a good 6-9 months. The Camaro is my weekend car/toy so seat time is at a minimum.

The genesis was great in terms of style and sleekness. I turned heads everywhere I went, but when it came time to put the pedal to the floor, it was lacking in my book. With 20'' rotary forged wheels and 285s on the back, I cut a 14 flat in the 1/4. I would say with a bit better reaction I could get to 13.9 easy. The camaro i have no doubt will do better even with my very novice skills right now.

Other than that, I am glad I got a 2011 over 2010. the genesis was a first year car and it had its issues, but I am glad to see the camaro in the garage now.
