Thanks. I didn't baseline the car, but sti's are tuned there all the time and the owner (Harvey) told me they tend to dyno about 220awhp and similar torque stock, give or take a few depending on year and conditions. I am running quite a few engine mods in anticipation of the bigger turbo setup, but the mods that are really making power now are
Catless helix downpipe ($100 used)
Grimmspeed catless up-pipe with 38mm tial external wastegate (~$600)
ID 1000cc injectors (~$500)
Invidia Equal Length Race Header ($750)
3 port boost control solenoid ($120)
Walbro fuel pump (~$100)
E85
Here is the whole list, but a lot of the parts make no real difference in power and are there either because I got a great deal or because I will need them down the road anyway. One could make the same or similar power with just the mods above and a good tune. The stock turbo is the limiting factor. It just runs out of steam. You'll notice I make peak HP at about 5,500rpm, then it starts to fall. It's a hell of a power curve for road racing though.

It's a great DD and would make a good family car if you're not trying to squeeze 5 adults in. I can drive it to the track, run down some very quick cars, then put on the blizzaks and drive it through 6 inches of snow no problem.
