Hey everyone, glad to see everyone working so hard,

we all really need to work harder than ever these next few months, we have the holidays coming up!

We really don't want to slow down and end up eating too much and then be right back where we started!
My new goal for 2013 is to get in the right shape for a nationaly qualified show, it's gonna be alot of hard work but i believe I can do this!
My workouts today:
Legs/glutes/Calves/Shoulders/Back......
Cardio for 35 min on my treadmill swt at 4.5
along with 30 pop squats and 20 high jumps every 5 min.
