Here's the link. It's scheduled the weekend of January 25th. Last year there were about 80 cars, this year they're aiming even higher. I'll be there with other people from Southern NV. Maybe we'll meet up!

No, I did not know that! If it doesn't interfere with auction week here in Phoenix, I'd like to do this.

I did get to go to the Fest today but not in time to make my last drag strip run. :( I did get to do a ride-along on the autocross track in a ZL1 with a very good driver. At this Fest they were not playing around on that autocross track. I'm glad I got to ride in a car on hte track & it was a real blast, but I could not drive like that. I'm really glad I did not spend the $ to get a fire extinguisher installed to drive autocross. One of our club guys won best late model Car in the Show & Shine. Now I have 2 fests to look foward to next year.
Here is a pic of me with the ZL1 & it's driver, a sponsor on C5 with Torq.

Bet that was loads of fun! I think I recognize that '66 Chevelle towards te front of the line.
Chevelle repairs went much smoother today. A severe thunderstorm blew through here tonight. Lightning struck the street light on our cul de sac and tripped a circuit in the garage. I was able to reset it with no problems, but my next door neighbor was not so lucky. Both calipers are hung and bled, managed to replace one rear wheel cylinder. To be continued.......
