The transformation difficulty on that one looks like it's a little out of your league.
I've got one based on a WRX that's a lot like it, and if you don't get a little widget in just the right place when you're transforming it, it ends up looking like it got badly rear-ended.
Parts coming off are usually a sign you're trying to bend something in a way it's not supposed to bend.
