Another question - states have no problem putting in cameras to catch speeders. Why don't they have cameras to catch people talking on their cellphone, taking care of/disciplining kids in the backseat, eating/drinking, etc. Speeding has become the scapegoat for the real problems that cause crashes.
+100 ... people with cellphones to their ear attempting to merge onto the interstate, crazy.
