If Insanity hurts your knees just take it easy on the jumping (and make sure you are landing light on your feet). P90X is great!!! Especially if you are having joint pain with Insanity.

I just have bad knees..i do take it easy on the stuff i k.ow will hurt...hopefully after this ime around of insanity ill maintain it..its not easy cuz im out from 5am to 230 pm home by 3 then i do insanity then i got to school til 10 home by 1030 asleep at 1130-12 long days lol
