I dropped Murphy off with his leash because he has a tendancy to break normal ones (the one I've been using for him is actually a 15 ft. nylon tieout that was folded in half with 5 knots up and down it to keep both sides together). I figured they would take him off it when they kenneled him, and then only use it for walks or something. But apparently they left him on it.
