sadly, I believe you are correct... nobody is going to take the time to put some normal tires on the Z06 and run a GT-R against it... and that's a shame, because the Z06 is a very fast car when you get rid of the run flats... EMT tires + cold weather = slip sliding like a mofo... and, like I said before, in a cold weather race (and yes, 57degrees is a cold weather race), the obvious advantage goes to the GT-R... with more technology than the Porsche and more grip than the Z06, it was destined to be a winner... lets hope that they redo this race again on a 75degree day with about 50-60% humidity... I have a feeling the results will be very different than they were this time, even if they dont change the run flats on the Z06.
