That won't work, Energy can neither be created nor destroyed and you are consuming energy to move the car, whatever would be left in the ACC lighter would be stored energy. So this would actually waste more energy because no system is perfect and heat from the charger would waste battery while the rest would go back where it came from.

You can kind of think about it like this. Imagine a regular combustion engine vehicle. Now imagine you splice a line into the fuel line that returns gasoline to the tank while you drive. That's all you would be doing here, just with electricity.
